# SpecRouter

## Overview

- SpecRouter is a Next.js webapp that produces a ZIP file containing a complete SDD flow (agents, skills, project context) for the user's chosen AI coding tool.
- Two deployment modes: `single-agent` (1 orchestrator + 4 phase sub-agents, recommended) or `four-agents` (4 separate agents, legacy).
- Tools supported: OpenCode and Claude Code today. Cursor, Codex, Kiro, and Continue.dev are on the roadmap.

- Pricing: Free during beta (forever for the generator). Pro tier (coming soon) adds hosted team features — shared prompt library, hosted dashboards, priority AI refinement.

## How to use SpecRouter

1. Visit the wizard at https://specrouter.dev/wizard
2. Pick your tool (OpenCode or Claude Code)
3. Pick your deployment mode (single-agent recommended)
4. Customize the agent prompts (or skip and use the canonical templates)
5. Download the ZIP
6. Unzip into your project root and follow the README inside
